A minimum number of participants will be needed to run this session.

Instructor: Brigitte Hynes-Taylor (Bluepoint community Alumni:)
* Appropriate for everyone - adults, caregivers with children/babies of stroller age. 
*This class welcomes those with little ones in strollers to join in!

Join us for an outdoor group fitness class ( with or without  littles in a stroller.) This class is a Bootcamp/HIIT style class (with a go at your own pace approach) . This class incorporates & focuses on  strength, resistance , cardio, balance & flexibility while outside!
