Baby Bootcamp Instructor: Brigitte Is a class designed specifically to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels focusing on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. The class focuses on functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life. Postnatal participants must meet this criteria: have been exercising at least 8 weeks postpartum and your baby is 12 weeks +.
Class passes will be applied to classes failed to be cancelled 2 hours prior to class starting.
