Service Description
This low-impact, group fitness class uses your own body weight to target muscles in your lower body, core, and upper body. This class consists of small precise movements that target specific areas of your body, such as the hips, glutes, thighs, and core. The exercises are inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance for exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Barre intensely focuses on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, while enhancing flexibility, alignment, posture and balance Instructor: Brigitte Hynes-Taylor

Cancellation Policy
There is a 12 hour window to cancel your class. If cancellation is not made within this window class pass will be applied or a $10 fail to cancel penalty. You may add yourself to the wait list of any class. If you successfully get into your class or choice from the waitlist You will be notified via email and given 3 hours to accept the class spot. You may remove or cancel yourself out of a class and have access to re-book yourself into classes with openings. Based on availability.
