Barre-n Burn class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.Barre-n Burn boosts endurance, improves balance, increases range of motion, and promotes better posture. The class focuses on cardio, strength training, and stretching (& no you do not need to be a ballerina !) Hang out at the Barre-n for barre & get your burn on! Instructor: Brigitte Hynes-Taylor
