Service Description

Starting Saturday morning off right ! Join us for Saturday morning fitness classes alternating between: Barre-n-Burn & Pumped Up Strength Classes (Instructor: Brigitte Hynes-Taylor) 1. Barre-n Burn class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.  It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.Barre-n Burn boosts endurance, improves balance, increases range of motion, and promotes better posture. The class focuses on cardio, strength training, and stretching (& no you do not need to be a ballerina !) Hang out at the Barre-n for barre & get your burn on! & 2. Pumped Up Strength - this class takes resistance training to the next level by utilizing combination movement patterns for a total body strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in  new ways, and build lean muscle mass. This class is a fusion of high energy, music, party atmosphere, fun exercise sequences using your choice of light to heavy weights and accessories like resistance bands.
