Service Description

Our Move and Flow yoga class will be a combination of breath-work and energizing movement. We will begin with slower and gentler movements to warm up the body, and then we will move into more challenging flow sequences, utilizing our breath to move between poses. All levels of students are invited to explore this type of practice.
