About Your Perimenopause & Menopause Coach

​

Hi there! My name is Brigitte Hynes-Taylor.
I’m a BRCA2+ certified Hormone (Perimenopause & Menopause) Health Coach, a Registered Holistic

Nutritionist, Registered Nutritional Therapist, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and a 40-year-old mom

of two navigating my own hormonal shifts—just like you.

 

When I began experiencing perimenopause symptoms, I felt completely unprepared. The mood swings,

sleep disruptions, weight changes, and brain fog felt like they came out of nowhere. Despite being in the

wellness world, I still found myself overwhelmed, frustrated, and confused by the lack of personalized,

trustworthy guidance available. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours researching, testing, and

tuning into what really works —until I found a natural, comprehensive approach that restored my energy,

stabilized my mood, and helped me feel like me again.

 

I don’t want to see any more women struggle like I did.
