Service Description

Join us for a 35 min workout on your lunch break for an interval style group fitness classes using dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. These workouts combine bursts of high energy strength and cardio exercises wth brief recovery periods. This class is baby friendly, so bring your little one with you while you put your workout in.
