Stroller Fit
Stroller Fit is a 4 week, 60 minute outdoor, mobile class. Open to all ages of stroller- aged babies. Class is open to all fitness levels & designed for the postpartum healing body in mind. We will focus on increasing our cardiovascular system, muscle building & strengthening, posture & alignment correction all while connecting as a community circle.
*Must have Doctors clearance before starting any postpartum fitness activity.
Farm Fit HIIT
FARM FITT HIIT is a HIIT structured workout consisting of short bouts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed immediately by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer. This cycle of hard work and recovery is repeated anywhere from 3 to 10 times, depending on the workout. Crush this class outside in our beautiful farm orchard

Barre-n Burn
Barre-n Burn class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.Barre-n Burn boosts endurance, improves balance, increases range of motion, and promotes better posture. The class focuses on cardio, strength training, and stretching (& no you do not need to be a ballerina !) Hang out at the Barre-n for barre & get your burn on!
STRONG Nation
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat! STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to the that last rep, and maybe even five more!
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a very young man and then began teaching others. The Mat work came before any of the Pilates Apparatus (equipment) he developed. It includes over 500 exercises and can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level
