Step 4 — Show Up & Shine

We’ll send a quick “first-class” checklist (what to wear/bring, how to set up, and studio policies) so you feel confident on Day 1.

Class Descriptions:

Reformer: - Beginner–intermediate Reformer focusing on Pilates principles and core strength. Uses ring, bands, ankle weights, dowel, and ball. 50 minutes, low impact, highly coached.

Level: Beginner–Intermediate friendly • Impact: Low • Focus: Core strength, posture, mobility

Props we use: Reformer + Pilates ring, resistance bands, ankle weights, dowel, Pilates ball

What it is:
A small-group Reformer class rooted in the core principles of Pilates—breath, alignment, control, precision, and flow. You’ll build strength and stability through your powerhouse, improve posture, and create length without joint strain.

What to expect:

  • Guided warm-up → core activation → strength/length blocks → mobility + breathwork finish

  • Layered options for all levels (beginners welcome; progressions for intermediates)

  • Close coaching in a cozy, rural studio vibe (small class size for plenty of cues)

You’ll leave feeling: Taller, centered, and strong through your core and glutes—with better body awareness for everyday movement.

Great for: Newer movers, returning Pilates lovers, and anyone wanting low-impact strength with smart form.

Re-Barre: Reformer-meets-Barre fusion using light weights, bands, ball, and ankle weights. Core-centric, glute/leg sculpt, low impact. 50 minutes, beginner–intermediate friendly.

Level: Beginner–Intermediate friendly • Impact: Low • Focus: Glutes/legs, core endurance, posture

Props we use: Light hand weights, resistance band, Pilates ball, ankle weights (plus Reformer elements)

What it is:
A fusion of Reformer Pilates + Barre. Expect precise core work, glute/leg burners, pulsing holds, and feel-good flow—blending Reformer sequences with standing barre-style combos for sculpted strength and stamina.

What to expect:

  • Tempo work, isometric holds, and controlled pulses for deep muscle activation

  • Light weights + bands for endurance; ball and ankle weights for targeted burn

  • Joint-friendly, music-guided pacing with options to scale up or dial back

You’ll leave feeling: Lifted through your posture, fired-up glutes, and that signature “barre burn” with a Pilates-calm nervous system.

Great for: Anyone who wants a fun, upbeat sculpt class that stays low-impact and form-focused.
