  • Programs include nutrition coaching, sample meal plans, recipe book,  portion guide, shopping lists, 

  • Weekly workout plan or challenge included 

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Habit tracking and goal setting 

  • Ability to direct message me in the app for modifications, questions, accountability, etc.
