Join us for a POP UP Farm Fit HIIT Class outdoors on the Farm Saturday Sept. 17th for the Petrolia Food Bank. * class is rain or shine (if rain class will be held in our drive shed) *please bring a yoga mat, water & wear comfortable attire & running shoes.

The Petrolia food bank is looking for the follwoing items this fall & your donation is greatly apprecaited !
Items in neeed:
- Soda crackers
- Side kicks
- Instant potatoes
- Brown beans
- Habitant and chunky soups
- Taco kits
- Snack foods for the families such as chips Cheesy, crispy minis , etc.
- Cleaning supplies
- Laundry supplies Shampoos and conditioners
- Body washes
* Class is rain or shine (if rain class will be held in our drive shed)
* Please bring a yoga mat, water & wear comfortable attire.
* Running shoes are needed for this class

Farm Fit HIIT is a ~ 45 min class
FARM FITT HIIT is a HIIT is a interval structured workout consisting of short bouts of focsued work using a variety of equipment ( ie: free weights, TRX, steppers, bosu balls, medicine balls & more) followed immediately by a period of active recovery. Farm Fit HIIT classes focus on all major muslce groups, full body strength, endurance, cardio & fun.
Crush this class outside in our beautiful farm orchard.
