NOON Knockout

Crush calories and get a burst of energy to get you through the work day with a 30 minute total body circuit! Combining cardio and strength to maximize the burn and get the most out of your lunch hour. 

Surfset Yoga

SURFSET Yoga will incorporate SURFSET Balance moves with yoga postures and flows. Taught by a certified yoga instructor, these classes will provide proper alignment cues, utilize breath, all while on the RipSurfer X. These classes are an excellent choice for someone who has had some precious experience with both SURFSET and yoga classes, and would like to create a fusion of both practices. 

Vinyasa Flow:

Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bends, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes

Gravity & Strength

 A 30 min fusion of full body exercises using your own body weight and suspension straps plus the addition of free weights for strength training. This class will increase your cardiovascular, endurance and strength. 

Barre Burn

A 30 minute energized and targeted workout mixing elements of Pilates, Yuga and functional training with choreographed move to motivating music.

Exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body are used.

Circuit

This class  (formerly "Tabata") includes multiple rounds of cardio & strength based  exercises for the upper body, lower body & core mixed with cardio. A combination of plyometric and dynamic movements are applied to tone and sculpt. 

Cycling

At Circle Studio we offer many spin classes throughout the week! Upbeat & welcoming early morning, mid-morning, evening & Saturday.
Spinning is a great way to get your cardio in & not have to think about anything except coming out & having a sweaty great time!
One of the best things about spin is that you go at your own pace, you do you! We do offer suggestions to make your ride more advanced or challenging.
We are always open to answering any questions you may have & welcome suggestions.

Flow & Restore (Yoga)

Flow and Restore classes are suitable for all ability levels, and will include both dynamic, flowing sequences, as well as a restful, restorative stretches. The flowing sequences will smoothly transition between poses guided by the inhale and exhale. We will also move through a series of gentle postures to restore the body and calm the mind. A class may include variations of Sun Salutations, as well as breath work, standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation. We will use a variety of modifications and supportive props (blocks, blankets, and straps) to allow everyone to fully experience the poses in the most comfortable way for their body. 

GRL POWER Fitness

Empowering through movement. This 6 week program focuses on heathy body image, nutrition, and positive mind set  for your girls ages ~9-16 years old while providing  a variety of group based fitness classes taught at our studio. This class encourages girls to bring a plus 1 with them to class (girl her 18 year old - mom, aunt, cousin, sister, guardian).

  • A total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can.

  • An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite top 40 hits.

  • A intense, mat-based workout challenges the student to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.

  • This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before. Every exercise can be modified to fit your person needs.

  • Pound is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant stimulated drumming.

  • Through continual upper body motion using lightly 1\4 lb weighted exercise drumsticks called Ripstick®, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer,

STRONG by Zumba is the first non-dance based class from the fitness brand. The newest of all Zumba classes revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat. Think of it as boot camp choreography…a bass that puts you in a squatting trance

Surfset

Surfset is a workout method\ fitness program inspired by the sport of Surfing. SURFSET® is the world's most unique workout, combining elements of aerobic fat burning, lean muscle build, and balance & core training in one ~30  minute routine on top of a custom made unstable surfboard

Sweat It Out!

  Sweat It Out! Will be an ever changing high intensity cardio and strength class. Maximizing your 30 min to get the best workout and bang for your buck. You will continue to touch calories for two hours after your workout. 

Total Barre

  • A calorie blasting , muscle sculpting and toning class adapted from Pilates and ballet methods.

  • A ballet  barre  and small light weighs as props to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
