Service Description
This class fuses the best of Barre & Pilate, Yoga, strength training and functional exercises to create a unique workout. This class will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility Incorporating a low impact workout with stretching to work and sculpt the entire body. Each class will work to align and balance all muscles groups strength and flexibility with emphasis on challenging core muscles with each movement
