Service Description

This class fuses the best of Barre & Pilate class formats. This class mixes elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional exercises to create a unique workout. Incorporating a low impact workout with stretching to work and sculpt the entire body. The main focus is to increase strength, tone the muscles, and stretch the ligaments.
